Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of WinCleo Casino by every registered player and should be read in full before making a deposit or claiming any bonus. By registering an account, a player confirms acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place a wager at WinCleo Casino.
  • Registration is open to residents of the United Kingdom, subject to the usual identity and address verification requirements.
  • Employees of WinCleo, its affiliates and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to hold a player account.
  • One account is permitted per player, per household, per address and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. WinCleo reserves the right to request supporting documents, such as a passport, driving licence or recent utility bill, at any point to confirm identity, age and address, in line with standard UK licensing obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in a suspended account and delayed withdrawals until the request is satisfied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

  • The welcome bonus offers a 150% match up to £1000 on a player’s first qualifying deposit of at least £20.
  • A 35x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Maximum bet size while wagering a bonus is capped at £5 per spin or hand; exceeding this may void the bonus.
  • Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering; roulette, blackjack and other table games contribute 10%.
  • Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirement has not been met by that date.
  • WinCleo reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse any promotion at its discretion, and to void winnings obtained through bonus abuse, including the use of banned betting strategies designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements.
  • Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, household, address, device and payment method.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered at WinCleo Casino use certified random number generation, independently tested by an approved testing body prior to release and on an ongoing basis thereafter. Published RTP (return to player) figures represent long-run theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in an individual session. In the event of a proven technical malfunction affecting a game round, WinCleo reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager placed.

6. Responsible Gambling

WinCleo is committed to supporting responsible play and provides the following tools free of charge through account settings:

  1. Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly)
  2. Loss limits over a chosen period
  3. Time-out periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
  4. Self-exclusion periods from 6 months up to permanent account closure
  5. Reality check reminders during play sessions

Players concerned about their gambling behaviour, or that of someone close to them, are encouraged to contact GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous UK or the National Gambling Helpline, details of which are provided in the site footer.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

WinCleo reserves the right to suspend or close a player account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, underage gambling or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Players may request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting support, and any genuine balance not linked to an active bonus will be returned using an appropriate payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

WinCleo Casino is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable steps are taken to keep the platform secure and operational, WinCleo does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s end.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be submitted in writing to the support team and will be acknowledged within 48 hours, with a substantive response typically provided within 14 days. If a complaint remains unresolved through WinCleo’s internal process, players may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider, details of which are available from support on request.

10. Changes to These Terms

WinCleo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a notice on the site, and continued use of the account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10a. Intellectual Property

All content on the WinCleo Casino platform, including the conservatory branding, artwork, logos and text, remains the property of WinCleo or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission. Third-party game titles remain the property of their respective studios and are licensed to WinCleo for display and play within the platform only.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes not resolved through the complaints procedure above will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
